Event Description:
Despite rising international tensions, European and Chinese cities are finding the COVID19 outbreak is proving the strength of their bonds. From supplying masks and other equipment, to offering advice about measures for entering and easing lockdown, sister cities have been coordinating and communicating since the outbreak began, and the assistance has travelled in both directions.
