On March 18, the 2022 online exchange meeting of overseas talents in China was successfully held. This event was organized by Nanjing Overseas Collaborative Innovation Center (Stuttgart, Germany), and supported by ENRICH in China.
It was special event for the exchange of Chinese and foreign talents in the series of online activities of the Innovation Conference. During the event, speakers delivered deep-dives into the topic of current and future development opportunities, the impact of the CoVid-19 epidemic on talent exchanges, and China's talent introduction strategy.
Dr. Sara Medina from the European Network of Research and Innovation Centres and Hubs in China (ENRICH in China) presented a detailed analysis of the exchanges and development of the talents between China and Europe. She also introduced the ongoing funding framework and projects that are promoting the talent exchanges, namely Horizon Europe Programme and EURAXESS. She expects more talents and organizations from China and Europe to participate in the programme to enhance the communication between China and EU.
This event provided a platform for the exchange of Chinese and foreign talents. As of the press release, the Overseas Talents China Tour has provided job matching services for more than 60 overseas doctors, of which more than 540 doctoral positions have been provided.
